Return Process

  Log into your Zima account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
